Target audience would be the public. They respond to emergency calls and deal with any incidents from as little as littering to a shooting.

Secondary audience may vary as they protect VIP’s and the royal family. The Protection Command is one of the three Commands within the Specialist Operations directorate of London's Metropolitan Police Service. The command specializes in protective security and has two branches: Royalty and Specialist Protection, providing protection to the Royal Family, government officials and diplomats; and Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection, providing overt protection to government buildings, the Parliamentary Estate and foreign missions.  In contrast with the vast majority of British police officers, many members of the Protection Command routinely carry firearms in the course of their duties and all are Authorized Firearms Officers.

They interact with the public individually when on walking patrol. They meet the community and speak to our fellow peeps, whether it’s in the café for a cup of tea or on the streets of London strolling through the town center. They organize events such as
